I agree and consent to Tangalooma EcoMarines and associated third parties filming, photographing and/or recording my child and using and sharing my child’s imagery or audio with the broader public for educational and promotional purposes associated with the program, on any respectable media platform and on an ongoing basis.​

In giving this consent, I release all authorised users of such footage/photographs/audio from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, for infringement of any rights (including intellectual property rights), and expressly authorise and permit use of my child’s voice and likeness and all reproductions thereof in all media for all purposes throughout the world in perpetuity without limitation and without any compensation whatsoever.​
